By accessing SpeedyLoan USA's website or submitting a loan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and borrowers. SpeedyLoan USA reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Loan Terms & Disclosures
SpeedyLoan USA offers unsecured personal loans from $500 to $10,000. All loan amounts, interest rates, repayment schedules, and total costs are disclosed to you in full before you sign any agreement.
Annual Percentage Rates (APR) vary based on creditworthiness and loan term. Your exact rate will be shown at approval — before you commit to anything. Rates range from 9.99% to 35.99% APR.
Loan terms range from 6 to 36 months. Early repayment is permitted at any time without penalty. Your monthly payment amount is fixed for the life of the loan.
Fees & No Hidden Charges
SpeedyLoan USA charges no application fees. The only fees that may apply are an origination fee (disclosed at approval) and a late payment fee of up to $25 if a scheduled payment is missed by more than 10 days.
There are no prepayment penalties. What the loan calculator shows you is what you pay — no additional charges will appear after signing.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must be a US citizen or permanent resident, at least 18 years of age, with a valid Social Security number, active bank account, and a verifiable source of income.
Loan approval is not guaranteed. SpeedyLoan USA reviews creditworthiness, income, and other factors. Submitting an application does not constitute an offer or obligation on either party.
Borrower Rights & Responsibilities
You have the right to receive a full loan agreement with all terms before signing. You may cancel your application at any time prior to fund disbursement without penalty.
You are responsible for making all scheduled payments on time. Missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus and may result in late fees. Contact us immediately if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.
Data Use & Privacy
Information you submit is used solely to process your loan application, verify identity, and service your loan. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
SpeedyLoan USA is a licensed lender operating in compliance with applicable federal and state lending regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and applicable California Finance Code requirements.
